Living in the Tuolumne-Calaveras area is such a treat! We have some of the most beautiful surrounding foothills (especially in fall), and forests to enjoy with our families. Along with the irreplaceable nature, we are also blessed with an incredibly amazing community, full of local small business owners and fun events to join in! Just in case you missed out, this short passage will show you some of the fun fairs that we experienced last week, at the Calaveras County Fairgrounds, in Angels Camp. As you all know, our community is full of some amazing artist, each specializing very diverse and unique skills. Some of the vendors we saw at the Meander Ranch fair, were showcasing their talents with metal work, paintings, ceramics, wood carving, jewelry, clothing, soap making and more! It’s so incredible to see all these dedicated small businesses, and have the opportunity to check off some Christmas shopping, while supporting local. Admission was only $2, all ages are welcome, and there was so many cool vendors, both indoors and outside in the beautiful fall weather. Of course there was delicious food trucks, that you dont want to miss out on, like ice cream, coffee, and bbq! This is an annual event, so be sure to mark your calendars for next year, and See the following pictures for some awesome examples from the Meander Ranch fair.
